The Resume.com Guide to Writing Unbeatable Resumes
===========================================
Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of reading and reviewing of resumes
for my Ticket clients. I recently purchased “The Resume.com
Guide to Writing Unbeatable Resumes.” What a GREAT book!
Since I’m always looking to brush up my own skills and to find
additional resources, this book had an excellent and easy to
follow step-by-step guide for creating resumes.
One of the tips I liked a lot was the use of headlines. Some of
you may use headlines in your client resumes already, but for
those of you who don’t, a headline is used instead of a resume
objective, giving your client the opportunity up front to let an
employer know how he/she can solve a problem. It’s also a
much more powerful introduction than an objective to who they
are and what they can do.
I bought the book at Borders, so I imagine most book stores, as
well as Amazon.com, will carry it. The best part about it is that it
was only a $12.95 investment. If you’re looking to build on your
skills or expand your library, this book would be a great
addition.

I such google.com for the downloadable version for the book “The Resume.com Guide to Writing Unbeatable Resumes” and it took me to amazon.com (Kindle Store). The Kindle Store allows you to download your online book purchases and more through amazon.com website! I found this to be very helpful and convenient for me!
