I was referred to this new training by a colleague. It’s a free, self-paced webcourse available 24/7 that provides an overview of disability rights laws. I took the course last week, and really enjoyed it. I was excited to learn a few new things about some of the disability laws I’m less familiar with (e.g. transportation, housing). It includes real life scenarios, quizzes, a final exam, and as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), I was pre-approved to
receive two-hours of continuing education credits!

David Allen’s book, Getting Things Done, is a work-life management system that helps transform what you’re currently doing into an integrated system of productivity. The book gives you an overview of the principles, practical advice and coaching on implementing the process as well as why it works.
I currently have the audio version of the book, but found the hardcover on Amazon and David Allen’s website for under $10.00. I’m listening to it for the second time – and continue to get little tidbits of information from it. If you’re wanting to change what you’re currently doing, I’d encourage you to check it out!
You can learn more about it on David Allen’s website: www.davidco.com It’s under the Products section. He also has a free newsletter.
